HeavyFinance is a platform with a strong agricultural ethos, aiming to support sustainable farming practices and generate carbon credits in the soil. The investor experience gathered from our club has been very positive, with delays being reimbursed promptly. Personally, I am diving into my first investments on this platform this March.
HeavyFinance is a Lithuania-based platform launched in June 2020. Regulated by the Bank of Lithuania and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), it serves as a European crowdfunding service provider. The platform connects small and medium-sized farmers with investors to finance sustainable agricultural practices and generate carbon credits. Operating mainly in Poland, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia, and Bulgaria, HeavyFinance aims to remove one gigaton of CO2 emissions by 2050 through climate-friendly farming practices.
Investors can participate with a minimum investment of 100 euros, and withdrawals are processed within 48 hours.
Recently, HeavyFinance raised over 50 million euros, with an average monthly volume of 1.53 million euros over the last year. The platform boasts a community of 11,213 investors.
HeavyFinance currently offers average interest rates of 12% to 15.9% with loan durations ranging from 8 to 56 months. Occasionally, investors may even encounter rates as high as 24% to 34%! Repayments follow an in fine loan structure, with the full principal and monthly interest paid at the end of the term.
For investors from countries with a double taxation agreement with Lithuania, HeavyFinance provides tax incentives. By submitting the DAS-1 form and proof of tax residence, investors can reduce withholding tax to 10% instead of 15%, avoiding double taxation. Additionally, the platform does not deduct tax from repayment premiums.
HeavyFinance also features a secondary market where lenders can liquidate their investments early, with transfer fees equal to 1% of the transferred debt claim. An auto-investment feature is also available on the platform.
I am looking to invest 5000 euros next week (target 2024) on HeavyFinance. If you are interested in benefiting from bonuses based on your investment amount, you can click on the link below:

Overall, HeavyFinance presents an enticing opportunity for investors interested in supporting sustainable agriculture while aiming for attractive returns. I am excited to embark on my investment journey with them and look forward to a fruitful experience ahead!

Damien, 41 years old, I am a business manager in nuclear valves, I also have a company in the distribution of everyday products in short circuits with the credo of "made in France". I started at a young age to learn how to invest in the stock market in dividend stocks, ETFs, and from 2021 on small cap equity strategies, and recently I have been learning about options. In June 2022, I started real estate crowdfunding and I have invested a little over 73 Keuros since then, my investments are distributed across the following platforms: ClubFunding, Raizers, La Première Brique, Upstone, Baltis. I attach great importance to spending time analyzing each project before making the best decision for my investments. Finally, I also have investments in crowdlending, mainly on Lendermarket to diversify my assets as much as possible.
