I have been investing on the platform since mid-2023. I have a total of over €22,500 in investments. My current strategy mainly focuses on loan originators other than Creditstar. I mainly prefer Quickcheck, Rapidcredit, and Dineo. Creditstar is currently experiencing liquidity difficulties, which are only temporary and are linked to its previous bond issue at the end of 2022, which did not go as planned and caused Creditstar to have a cash flow crisis to repay Mintos. Therefore, they have implemented "pending payments" remunerated at 18%, and the smartsaver, while rebuilding their cash reserves to be able to repay Lendermarket investors. It is worth noting that Creditstar Group has already repaid 30% of the pending payments at Lendermarket and aims for a total repayment, which is encouraging. It should be noted that Mintos had already experienced Creditstar's pending payment well before Lendermarket, and the investors on that platform were fully reimbursed in September 2023.
The financial report indicates a loss for the year 2021 of €600,000. Since then, we have not received an update on the company's account; however, the holding company manages this loss through the profits generated by Créditstar and Smartsaver, and the strategy of adding new loan originators other than Creditstar has allowed Lendermarket to generate new financial resources.

Damien, 41 years old, I am a business manager in nuclear valves, I also have a company in the distribution of everyday products in short circuits with the credo of "made in France". I started at a young age to learn how to invest in the stock market in dividend stocks, ETFs, and from 2021 on small cap equity strategies, and recently I have been learning about options. In June 2022, I started real estate crowdfunding and I have invested a little over 73 Keuros since then, my investments are distributed across the following platforms: ClubFunding, Raizers, La Première Brique, Upstone, Baltis. I attach great importance to spending time analyzing each project before making the best decision for my investments. Finally, I also have investments in crowdlending, mainly on Lendermarket to diversify my assets as much as possible.
